We have current opening for FRONT DESK Associate We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
The successful candidate will be welcoming with a friendly attitude, be team orientated, be efficient and a good problem solver. Hours include days and evenings, weekends, and holidays.9

What we look for in a Front Desk Associate:
-Enthusiasm and dedication to customer service excellence
-Ability to assist guests in an effective and courteous manner at all times
-Superb communication ability (verbal and written)

The Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Front Desk Associate is to provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
This position will handle guest accounts and maintain cash drawer, answer incoming phone calls, process reservation/cancellation/modification requests.

Education & Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills; including the ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of people and guests.
Required: High School Diploma
Post-Secondary will be considered an asset
Preference will be given to individuals with  Front desk experience or other experience in the Hospitality industry.
