Ranch Ehrlo Society has an exciting career opportunity within its residential team. If you are interested in pursuing your career with a nationally recognized treatment program, we are seeking a Night Float Manager for our specialized residential treatment program in the Regina and Pilot Butte area.

We are dedicated to providing quality residential treatment services to children and youth who are experiencing a range of social, psychological, behavioural, cognitive, and psychiatric difficulties through holistic psychosocial therapies designed to enhance the well-being of individuals and their families.

The Night Float Manager manages night float team operations within the southern residential division. This position is the first point of contact for crisis response and unit notifications at night. The scope of responsibility includes budget management, expenses, training, and management of direct reports to ensure the service resources are available and capable of achieving Ranch Ehrlos client philosophy and strategic goals and objectives. This position is full time and candidates must be able to work Sunday to Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Preferred qualifications, skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in business administration, social science, education or social work related;
Minimum 4 years of residential group home experience is preferred;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of provincial Residential Services Act; the Residential-service Facilities Regulations; Saskatchewan Employment Act and Regulations; Child and Family Services Act and Regulations, and related legislation;
Able to resolve conflict in a supportive and collaborative manner;
Excellent leadership, supervisory, planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary residential treatment team.
