Description

We are looking for a new Site Manager.

To apply, you MUST have the following:

Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Proven outstanding sales and customer service skills
A proven ability to lead and coach a sales team to success.
Proficient skills with computers & Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
5-7 years of experience in sales management.
A proven ability to multitask and maintain multiple responsibilities.
A desire to be part of an overall business and thus do physical work in addition to "the office"
A belief in a "customer comes first" policy.
You have an inherent drive to want to succeed and are consistently reliable.
Proven experience in handling stress and difficult situations/customers.

The Key Responsibilities of this position are:

Sales:
Consistently improving the sales success of the location throughout the year.
Educating clients regarding self-storage and sell services that meet clients' needs.
Conducting tours, with a goal of converting prospects into customers by effectively listening and selling the entire product range.
Effectively managing leads and continuously updating.
Coaching staff to improve and maximize all of their sales opportunities.
Consistently meeting sales targets.
Ongoing training and development of staff.
Promoting the organization through community and B2B involvement.
Actively pursuing new business by cold calling and consistently maintaining a successful outside sales presence.

Operations:
Ensuring administrative functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Maintaining an accurate and adequate store inventory.
Supervising and leading the team.
Ensuring a clean, well-kept and quality maintained facility.
Ensuring customer safety, security and privacy is maintained at all times.
Concern resolution.
