We are dedicated to providing quality residential treatment services to children and youth who are experiencing a range of social, psychological, behavioural, cognitive, and psychiatric difficulties through holistic, psychosocial therapies, designed to enhance the well-being of individuals and their families.
The Quality Assurance Liaison works in collaboration with all agency programs and liaises with parents, funders, and external authorities to promote quality service and follow-up to quality of care issues.  This individual will promote quality care and best practice, assist teams with adherence to standards, help identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and assist with the communication of strategies to resolve issues and mitigate risk to residents or students to internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, skills and experience:
    Bachelors degree in social sciences, business or related field of study;
    Minimum 4 years of residential group home experience;
    Exceptional communication skills
    Exceptional writing skills
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    Facilitation and process mapping skills
    Excellent presentation skills
    Highly collaborative team player
    Able to mediate complex interpersonal situations
    Self-starter
    Knowledge of provincial Residential Services Act; The Residential-service Facilities Regulations; the Child and Family Services Act and Regulations; and related legislation is an asset.

Annual wage is $64,071 to $94,095 depending on education and experience.
