Join Regina's newest luxury retirement residence as dishwasher. Under the director of the Executive Chef the dishwasher is responsible for cook to clean cooking area, load, operates and empties dishwasher- assist in kitchen with ad hoc duties. Puts dishes away. Clean other kitchen equipment. Damp mop floors as needed and at end of day. Must be available to work days/evenings and weekends.
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
