Order Desk CSP
(Customer Service Professional)        

Job Summary:

Responsible for interaction with contractors/retail customers and processing orders for product; as well as assisting with customer selections.  Ensure accurate processing of customer orders.

Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:

-    Monday to Friday Full Time shift with Weekend Rotation Shifts during peak season!
-    Excellent customer service skills
-    Product knowledge (Stone/Siding/Stucco)
-    Previous Construction Knowledge an asset
-    Take down customer information in order to process order.
-    Complete fields such as name, address, price, and any sales or promotions.
-    Input data into computer.
-    Inform customer of prices and collect payment.
-    Ensure payment information is accurate.
-    Process order and distribute receipt.
-    Inform customer of expected delivery date.
-    Follow up on orders.
-    Handle complaints about unfulfilled orders.
-    Check inventory control.
-    Communicate with Purchaser to order more product to replenish inventory.
-    Inform customer if item is out of stock or discontinued.
-    Suggest other items.
-    Prepare shipping documents.
-    Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
-    Work with sales, purchasing, warehouse personnel, or common carrier personnel.
-    Prepare order reports for management.
