The Ramada Plaza Regina is seeking a positive, dynamic, and honest individual to assist in leading our Reservations department. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, this individual will work to ensure that the Front Offices' structure and procedures are upheld. We seek a committed leader that will display professionalism and lead by example at all times. A commitment to guest satisfaction and responding in a timely manner to guest needs is a very important aspect of this position. Previous experience working in a hotel setting is a MUST, and experience with Opera PMS is a definite asset. Must have open flexibility with shift times. These times will include evenings and weekends.
