Our Regina office is looking for experienced administrative support to join our Intellectual Property group.
The ideal candidate will have superior computer skills, proofreading and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently, follow instructions with minimum supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment. The successful candidate is a graduate of a recognized administrative program and or has a minimum of 3 years solid administrative experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing client billings, responding to billing inquiries, co-ordinating the sending of IP group monthly reminder statements and co-ordinating with clients regarding billing preferences
- Processing of payment of associate invoices and insertion of corresponding tariff time code entry as required
- Liaising with Accounts Receivable Clerk as required to process payments
- Responding to general inquiries from callers and visiting clients, redirecting calls or providing routine information
- Paying fees with Canadian Intellectual Property Office
- Performing client conflict checking and opening new client matters
- Maintaining electronic files
- A client focused approach and commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external clients
