Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Rep is responsible for sales of Crop inputs, Fertilizer, Farm Equipment/Bins & Fuel storage ( includes all farm related products). The individual will be responsible to achieve sales targets,  maintain margin goals and expenses as set out within the budget. The incumbent must develop and maintain the Customer Care Program and promote FCC and Leasing agreements as per Delta Co-op Ltd. Policies and procedure.
QUALIFICATIONS
    The successful candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
    Must be willing to work extended hours and weekend when seasons demand as well be willing to be part of the scheduled rotation of shifts with the Crop Protection employees during peak seasons.
    Basic computer knowledge and skills to develop spreadsheets, documents, and customer files.
    Knowledge of Farm Operations including Bin and Auger product recognition would be beneficial. Previous experience working with Chemical, Fertilizer and Equipment preferred.
    CCA not necessary but certainly an asset.
    To eagerly accept and complete duties assigned including assisting the Crop Protection department during peak season, and other Agro departments as necessary.
