The Buffalo Narrows Regional Housing Authority manages a property and program services portfolio on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Our office provides affordable housing to low-income seniors, families, and others, who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter within Buffalo Narrows and the surrounding communities.

The Buffalo Narrows Regional Housing Authority is recruiting a Tenant Relations Officer based in Buffalo Narrows, SK. If you have proven problem solving abilities, work well in a team environment, and have a desire to provide the very best customer service in the community, we have a position that may be of interest to you!!

What youll do:
coordinate move-ins and outs with the maintenance team
manage housing  applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees and collect rent
monitor, maintain contact, and manage record keeping of current/former tenants
explain leasing agreements and expectations of tenancy
investigate lease violations; assist and perform procedures for tenant hearings in conjunction with the Office of the Residential Tenancies

What were looking for:
exceptional customer relations skills, accurate data entry skills;
ability to problem solve, manage conflict and stressful situations;
ability to establish effective working relationships;
accountability and ownership of the role with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

What youll need:
diploma in Business Administration with experience in property management or equivalent combination of education and experience
proven expertise using Microsoft Office products; a valid drivers license and a licensed roadworthy vehicle
