We are currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team:
daily accounting transactions including A/P, A/R, Bank reconciliation etc.
- month end closing and inventory adjustments
- Prepare weekly cash flow analysis and follow-up
- Prepare governmental reports (GST return, Revenue Canada, etc.)
- Prepare and generate accurate and timely monthly/yearend financial statements and reports
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Produce monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Provide cash-flow analysis
- Assures that the assigned day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with established accounting principles, policies, and objectives.
- Coordinates cycle counting and physical inventory counts.
- Recommends solutions to problems and proposes changes in the accounting system, if necessary, for approval at higher levels.
- Must establish and maintain work relationships with all levels through a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
