The Law Society of Saskatchewan Libraries is seeking a well-organized individual to provide administrative support for a 12 - 15 month term, commencing March 31, 2017. Responsibilities include telephone reception, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general inventory, filing, ordering and receiving supplies, daily mail routines, distribution of publications, word processing and data entry.
Minimum Grade 12 with four years relevant experience. Knowledge of Word and Excel, data entry 65 wpm, filing, reception. Understanding of databases and basic accounting skills with knowledge of ACCPAC a definite asset. Excellent organizational skills, good written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated aptitude for detail and accuracy, and a strong work ethic are essential. Library experience is beneficial.
