This is a service position under the direction and responsibility of the Programs & Special Events Manager. The successful applicant will be required to assist the Community & Leisure Services Department with the financial aspect of the administration centre, including but not limited too; account payable & receivable, deposits and cash out sheets, perform administration duties, customer service, computer duties, booking duties and assist Managers in the department with event and program planning. The applicant must have a degree or diploma in an administrative field, excellent public relation skills, computer skills, organizational skills, and Standard First Aid and CPR. Preference will be given to an applicant with past municipal experience.
