Bruke Plumbing & Heating is looking for skilled Journeyman Plumbers to join our crew. In this role with our company, you will be working as a service plumber in Regina and surrounding areas. Must know plumbing work, have own tools, bondable, reliable and class 5 driver's license.
Duties:
Servicing water heaters, toilets, sinks, drains, leaks, taps, tubs, water liner etc. Willing to train the right person.
As well experience with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Basic electrical troubleshooting on component controls.
Specific Skills
- Repair, service and maintain plumbing systems or fixtures
- Cut holes to accommodate pipes and fittings
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Determine layout of systems and networks
- Inspect and test pipes for leaks
- Install manholes and catch basins
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems
- Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts or cement
- Locate and mark position of pipe connections, holes and fixtures
- Maintain and operate hoisting and rigging equipment
- Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in place
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Select and install pumps
- Solder or braze piping
