Visionpool Talent is hiring a Senior Estimator/Manager for an industry leading custom steel fabrication facility in South East Saskatchewan. They are equipped to fabricate and assemble oversized modules limited only by transportation regulations. Our client is located in the southeast corner of Saskatchewan in a community that offers an affordable and comfortable life style. The Senior Estimator/Manager will be responsible for providing accurate, detailed information and timely project estimates to the Sales Department. This includes coordinating with sub-contractors, working with Project Managers, writing proposals, preparing contracts and the overall support of negotiating and closing sales.

Qualifications:
    Minimum 15 years experience in the steel fabrication industry, understanding codes, metals and modularization OR Engineering Degree or Engineering Technologist with minimum 5 years experience in the steel fabrication industry, understanding codes, metals and modularization
    Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing a team
    Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting blue prints
    Experience with drawing or modeling in 3D (Tekla, Solidworks, Autocad inventor) and 2D shop drawing
    Demonstrated exceptional relationship building skills
    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
