Superior City Services Ltd. is the provider of the environmental and industrial services throughout Canada.
We have the openings for the position of Sewer Operator, this is a Utilities Maintenance Contract that needs to work at City of Saskatoon
BE ABLE TO START ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
To operate the Sewer/water Truck.
Install, inspect, maintain, clean and repair various components of the Citys sewer and drainage systems
Perform pre & post trip inspections of all equipment
Monitor vehicle performance & mechanical fitness, including performing preventative maintenance
Maintain logbooks and all safety paperwork required
Work in a confined space; walk, bend, and lift up to 50+ pounds
Assist coworkers & perform other duties, as required


Requirements:
Available for overtime working and weekend working as required
Preference of 5 years of experience +
Work as part of a cooperative team effort, and through the use of manual labour and powered equipment and tools.  Maintain effective work relationships within a team-oriented operation
Must have valid class 3 driver's license and air brake endorsement.
Clean driving record and professional work ethics.
Sound knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic principles.
Self-motivated, bright, with a sense of enthusiasm.
Good problem solving, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

WHIMIS certificate.
Construction knowledge.
