We are looking for dedicated, reliable individuals with grain farm background and experience to join our team for the 2017 season.
Duties Include:
- Operation of farm equipment; tractor, air drill, sprayer, grain cart, combine, auger, and semi
- Regular maintenance of all farm equipment
- Plant, spray, and harvest crops
- General farm labour
Skill Requirements:
- Must have experience in operating large, modern, computerized equipment
- Mechanically inclined
- Must possess a valid drivers license
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, but also as part of a team when required
Wages will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Preference will be given to those applicants with more than two years of grain farm experience and a valid class 1A license.
