Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Crisis/Assessment Team Manager is accountable for the function of intake services, crisis management and inpatient program for mental health patients/consumers in the Sunrise Health Region.
Required Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Degree in a health-related field, Masters Degree preferred
Experience
Five (5) years experience in an inpatient mental health setting, five (5) years outpatient/rehabilitation experience.
Two (2) years management/supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
Ability to "team build"
Ability to work in a high stress environment
Ability to manage program budget
Program and policy development ability
Ability to manage labour relations
Superior clinical nursing and supervisory skills
