We are seeking a full-time service advisor!
To execute a range of customer service tasks.
-Engaging with customers
-Scheduling appointments
-Understanding needs and timelines and quoting parts and service estimates to make sure the customer's vehicle runs at peak efficiency.
-Answering incoming phone calls and performing outbound phone calls.
-Picking up and Dropping off customers.
Applicants must have vehicle and mechanical knowledge. Training will be provided to the qualified applicant.
