The Estevan Chamber of Commerce is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative coordination and support to the Executive Director to deliver exceptional member support and communication. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
General bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks Online
- Monthly statements
- Account payable
- Invoicing
- Accounts reconciliation
- Audit support
Membership updates
Event coordination assistance
General administrative duties
Provide support to the Executive Director as required
This position does offer some flexibility in hours but applicant must be willing to work some evenings.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary and/or experience in office administration and bookkeeping would be considered an asset, specifically, experience with QuickBooks Online. The position requires excellent time management skills and strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Highly detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation:
Salary will be based upon the candidate's experience and work schedule. The Estevan Chamber of Commerce offers a comprehensive benefits package and pension plan.
