Position Reports to:  Sr. Project Manager, Engineering Packages - Jansen
The Package Manager will provide leadership and oversight for the delivery of engineering packages for shaft construction and/or lateral development packages.  The role will also be responsible for coordination and oversight on all construction readiness deliverables for execution of the work. We are currently looking for a Package Manager for a 6 month term position located in Jansen, SK, on the Jansen site.  The Package Manager will demonstrate DMC's core values of: Zero Harm, Respect and Integrity, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Operational Excellence.  

- Oversee production of engineering deliverables for multiple permanent and temporary works engineering packages.
- Complete coordination and verification for readiness deliverables required to execute the work.  

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering as well as project management and construction roles.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized Post-Secondary institution.
- A Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation is required.
- Have extensive engineering and construction experience on large scale industrial or mining developments projects.
- Must have project management, engineering management, construction management, and contracts management experience within EPCM as well as EPC lump sum delivery models
- Demonstrated willingness to adhere to the Clients vision and core values.
- Must be able to work effectively as a key member of the Project Delivery Team within a multi-functional team environment.
- Must be safety oriented.
- Have some exposure with client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with other team members.
