TRAVEL COUNSELLOR
North Battleford - Part-Time Position

This position will work under the guidance of the Office Manager, and will be responsible for handling all aspects of a travel counsellor position.

Responsibilities:
Providing quality customer service, as initial contact for incoming travel clients.
Assessing the needs and providing travel information to individuals or groups, regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, travel costs and recommendation of ancillary products, such as travel insurance, merchandise etc.
Create and assemble all travel documentation for passengers.

Experience/Requirements:
- Travel related designation, and, or experience, would be an asset for this position.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage several files concurrently, while paying attention to detail.
-  Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem solve and work under pressure of imminent deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills, a team player with the proven ability to multi-task and organize
- Experience selling travel insurance would be advantageous.
- The ability to be self-motivated and to work independently.
