Description

Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure is seeking an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Saskatchewan team. May be seated out of either our Saskatoon or Regina offices & will play an important support role in the organization.  Will provide a balance of technical project work along with the potential to drive & develop new business.  A self-motivated individual, who is interested in having more input towards operations & the development of clients & business, will thrive in this environment.  Will assist in the mentoring & development of the geotechnical group, & continue to develop positive working relationships with our other offices needs. Provides geotechnical services to major clients in the Government, Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas & Industrial / Commercial sectors. This is an opportunity to work in truly consultative environment, interfacing directly with & advising clients.  
Skills / Qualifications
    Bachelors in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
    7 years of relevant experience
    Project Management skills necessary, with ability to track timelines, meet budgets & schedules
    Ability to develop & maintain excellent customer relationships, positive staff working environments & develop new business opportunities
    Previous consulting experience preferred
    Registered (or is eligible for registration) with APEGS
    Ability to travel
