REPORTS TO: COUNCIL
RESPONSIBLE TO: VILLAGE OF THEODORE COUNCIL
This permanent, full time position functions to administer, guide and support the Village of Theodore. This position requires management and delegation to other Village departments. The work performed will be under supervision but independent judgment will be required at times which are within the framework of established procedures and municipal law. A minimum standard, or Class C Certificate in Local Government Authority is required being in the process of requiring this certificate is acceptable. Performance will be reviewed for accuracy, organizational skills and conformance with established process. Material preparation, agendas and secretarial duties at Council Meetings is required, an EDO is provided as TIL. Overtime may be necessary from time to time with Council approval. Computer usage is a core component; knowledge or experience with Munisoft Software would be considered an asset. Membership must be in good standing with the Urban Administrators Association of Saskatchewan.
Excellent customer service, communication, confidentiality, analytical and leadership skills are crucial. The ability to plan, organize, muti-task, prioritize, prepare and maintain records are also essential.
HOURS OF WORK:
This position is required to work a 37.5-40 hour work week as specified by the terms and conditions of the employment agree-ment.

4. Tax Assessment Rolls
5. Administration of Bylaws and Policies
6. Schedule/Book events in town facilities
8. General Inquiries, Respectable Communication & Customer Service to Village Residents
