Main duties include answering incoming calls from the public, answering questions or directing to others; perform bookkeeping duties, such as preparing invoices for processing and reconciling accounts; maintain supply and distribute office supplies for the organization; provide general office duties in administration as required.
Applicants will have post secondary course in accounting or previous bookkeeping experience. Switchboard experience an asset.
