Job Description: Coordinates the recruitment, training and recognition of volunteers in all agencies of the organization. Coordinates, plans, implements and maintains various volunteer programs and services to enhance the care of clients/patients/residents.
Required Qualifications
Volunteer Sector Management Program certificate
Grade 12
Experience
Previous: Twenty-four (24) months previous experience in coordinating volunteers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Valid drivers license
Communication skills
Ability to work independently
Leadership skills
Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Intermediate computer skills

Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory or designated holiday is recognized during that period.
