Description

AGI-Envirotank in Biggar, SK requires an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties.

Duties to include but not limited to:
- Receptionist duties.
- Operate & maintain all office equipment.
- Supply ordering.
- Daily bank deposits and petty cash                           reconciliation.
- Mail sorting & distribution.
- Entering and tracking work orders.
- Matching A/P for processing & entry.

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently as well as with team members.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
- Pleasant with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Willing to relocate.
