We have an exciting opportunity that we are currently recruiting for in Regina! We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and talented individual to take on a Business Development role.  You will be a key contributor to our client's success in Regina. Responsibilities:

Maintain optimum staffing levels to meet revenue and service targets
Drive revenue and maximise revenue retention
Make telephone calls, in person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective members
Keep your finger on the pulse of the local market by attending networking events and building strong relationships with potential customers
Oversee daily business processes and deliver excellent personal service to the clients to ensure their needs are fully met
Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight clients and guests, always going above and beyond
Present and articulate solutions, features, and benefits to potential clients
Prepare and distribute information packages
Schedule demonstrations/facility tours for potential clients

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience.  A combination of work experience and post-secondary degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field is preferred
Proven Sales and Operations leadership within a business-to-business sales environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to be resourceful and creative to establish rapport with potential clients
Self-motivated, assertive, quick to respond, solid networking skills-ideally already networked into the local community
Strong knowledge of marketing and event planning
Must maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
