You will assist in all aspects of managing the department, such as sales, margins, inventory, budget, promotions, staff supervision, ensure department adheres to merchandising standards, marketing efforts, housekeeping and loss prevention; adherence and enforcement of policies and procedures, and self-development.
Requires experience in building materials industry including building material estimating experience and retail background.  Must have strong leadership, supervising and communication skills.
