APARTMENT RENTAL LEASING AGENT

We are currently accepting resumes for a leasing agent position for an apartment complex located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior sales and/or residential leasing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are also required. Candidates must have the ability to negotiate rentals and leases of suites on behalf of the property manager.

Candidates must be flexible with evening and weekend shifts, which are a requirement of the position. The position would be about 25 hours per week. A criminal record check is required.
