RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compile full set of Architectural tender documents.
Coordinating 3rd party consultants, contractors, engineers, civic officials, and clients.
Attend and lead site meetings, perform on site inspection and identify construction deficiencies.
Contract Administration during the construction phase.
Review shop drawings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technology program.
2plus years experience with a good understand of building systems and detailing.
Proficient with Revit and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of building detailing
Abilities to run site meeting, perform on-site inspection and identify construction deficiencies
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, In Design, Bluebeam, and Photoshop is preferred.
