A Summer Program Assistant is required to offer support to the Regional KidsFirst Community Liaison in the delivery of the MAIN Street Mobile Family Resources within the Sun Country Health Region area. Tentative dates of work include May 15-30 and Aug 7-25. Position is based in Carlyle, Saskatchewan.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Standard First Aid Training
- Successful candidate must present a Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Check
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member
- Ability to promote early childhood development and maintain rapport with children & families
- Solid communication and organizational skills
Duties include assistance with:
- Travelling with MAIN Mobile to targeted communities within Sun Country Health Region area
- Setting out and packing up activities
- Interacting with preschool children and families
- Other duties as required
This position is funded by the Community Initiatives Fund.
