We are seeking an Accounting Clerk in our E-Accounting department.  Reporting to the Lead Accountant, this role will provide monthly accounting services for a variety of clients (Mega Members), including:
Accounts payable duties such as invoice entry, matching vendor invoices to purchase orders, and supplier reconciliations, etc.
Payroll entries including source deduction remittances
Bank Reconciliation
Monthly adjustments and preparation of monthly financial statements
GST/HST/PST Remittances

Qualifications
Three (3) years of related experience preferred
Accounting diploma or Post-secondary accounting education is considered an asset
Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Highly organized, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset
