Skyline Dance Academy in Dalmeny and Langham is seeking a Dance Instructor for the 2017 2018 dance season beginning September, 2017.
Skyline Dance Academy is a growing studio offering classes in both Dalmeny and Langham. These two vibrant communities are located approximately 15 and 27km west of Saskatoon respectively. The studio currently offers classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Musical Theater and Street Jazz with the RAD and ADAPT Syllabi followed. Students selected for attending competition through the studio currently attend two dance competitions during the year and a yearend recital occurring in April or May (calendar dependant) is for all students. The studio is looking at adding different styles of dance to the schedule based on time and expertise available.
We are seeking an additional one or two teacher(s) to join our team. Experience in different styles of dance would be considered an asset; Preference will be given to ADAPT and RAD qualified instructors. The successful candidate(s) will help prepare students for both competition and year end routines as well as the opportunity to teach both types of classes and interact with all the students.
