Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for the providing customer service, Collection calls Customer inquiries, process loan applications, Grant loans, as well as Cash Cheques etc.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day operation of the store without minimal supervision.
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Make outbound collection calls on delinquent accounts.
Provide information about services and policies to customers
Process loan applications and cash cheques.
Provide superb customer service to each and every customer to determine their individuals needs.
Promoting the business by developing good relationship with customers.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Collections experience is must
Excellent communication.
Cash handling.
One year of customer service in retail is required.
Energetic sales personality with an ability to communicate pleasantly with anyone.
Maintains professional appearance and provides positive company image to customers
Working knowledge of MS Office especially Word and Excel.
