Brain Injury Canada
Community Impact Assistant Summer Position in Saskatoon; To qualify you must be a current full time student returning to school in fall
Full time ? May to August (dates negotiable)

An application for this position will need to include a cover letter that provides examples that demonstrate that you have both the core competencies and the required skills.

Core Competencies:
-Strong research and Policy development skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Critical thinking and analysis capabilities
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated eye for detail

Duties:
1. Policy Research and Development ? research policies and procedures and use that research to  write policies

2.Statistical Research and communication ? research relevant statistics and studies and translate them into info graphics for use in publications and social media

3.Research and assist with preparation of written & printed materials such as newsletters, brochures, power point presentations, videos.  Format them for social media use.
    
4.Develop and maintain databases, implementing initiatives to improve communications.

Required Skills:
-Strong Research and Writing skills, including EXCEPTIONAL spelling and grammar
-Demonstrated ability to work independently
-Superior Computer Skills ?  Graphic design ? website - MS Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
-Strong experience using web and social media
-Excellent Organizational Skills with an eye for details
