Description

Kelly Services is hiring for a temporary Medical Office Assistant in Saskatoon. If you have experience as a Medical Office Assistant and have working knowledge of Accuro, Apply with us today!

Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments through a computer system
Answer phones and perform administrative duties as required
Daily use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, Accuro
Work extensively one on one with patients and doctors
Generate requisitions, send billing, file and complete paperwork
Electronic filing and faxing

Requirements:
Experience as a Medical Office Assistant is required
Experience with Accuro is required
Medical Administrative Assistant Diploma is an asset
Excellent computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
Experience answering phones with 2-6 lines
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be organized and have ability to multi-task
