Our client is seeking an accredited CFP to join their well-established advising business and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization. The role offers the right individual huge professional and financial growth potential. They have a family-focused philosophy, offering a high degree of mentoring and coaching, as well as in-office administrative and marketing support.

The Ideal Candidate:

Possesses a minimum of  2 years experience providing financial advice on the topics of wealth creation, tax reduction, business services (GRSP, Pension Plans), Estate Planning, Education Savings and Insurance
Holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Professional designation.  
Holds a valid Mutual Fund License
Has achieved industry relevant post-secondary education
Is eligible to sell Life Insurance products
Brings an established book of business and an entrepreneurial track record
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with and positively influence clients

The Role:

Prepare and present tailored client financial plans
Conduct client meetings and provide timely accurate financial advice
Respond to internal phone calls and e-mails related to financial planning queries and strategies
Maintain financial planning professional practice standards including training, development, and codes of conduct
Identify and develop new opportunities to prospect and grow the client base
