Description

Regina Residential Services Co-Management Committee (RRSCC) has an exciting career opportunity for a passionate and committed individual as Project-coordinator.
RRSCC will be considering those who celebrate diversity and believe strongly in enhancing our community through inclusion of individuals with an intellectual disability using a person-centred approach.

Over the past 20 years RRSCC has been the single point of entry in residential planning, consultation and support for adults with intellectual disabilities and their families.

Abilities and Strengths

-Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
-Experience working with families, Community Based Organizations, government and community at large
-Must be creative and have the ability to envision greatness
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
-Comfortable with Public Speaking
-Excellent organization and time management skills
-Work collaboratively, facilitating strong relationships
-Strong leader and the ability to multi-task
-Training in Person Centered Planning
-Experience in transition planning
-Awareness of the community and the resources that exist
-Experience in grant and proposal writing
-Insight into creating inclusive community
-Valid Drivers license and vehicle
-Police Record Check
-Computer literacy familiar with - Microsoft Office  Excel
-The ability to work flexible hours to accommodate familys busy schedules
