Description

E. Bourassa & Sons is currently seeking applications for a fulltime Yard & Maintenance Attendant. This position is located in Weyburn SK.

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Duties:

Follow instructions for the pickup, transportation and delivery of equipment, parts and supplies to Customers and suppliers of the Dealership.
Properly load, flag and unload trucks.
Check condition of the equipment delivered.
Give basic instruction to Customers on operating the equipment.
Operate trucks owned by the Dealership and hold the required licenses.
Perform necessary maintenance and repairs on company owned equipment.
Participate in company functions and meetings, visiting with the customers.
Make certain all customer paperwork is included with the delivery, i.e., Operators Manual, and that the Warranty Registration is signed.
Treat Customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner.
Receive and distribute parts and merchandise.
Maintain showroom inventory and appearance to maximize sales and customer needs.
Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times.  
Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned to meet the needs of the Dealership.

Qualifications and Experience:

Preference will be given to those with an Agriculture Background.
1A Licence an asset.
Previous experience in a Dealership setting is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple tasks.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Willing to work extended hours and weekend rotation April  October.

Wage/Hours:
