We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED, energetic and team minded individuals to join our fast paced environment at Mr. Mikes Martensville. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The bartender is responsible for ensuring that all guests are served in accordance with the high standards outlined by Mr. Mikes - Frequent guest contact and high bartender visibility in the Lodge are to be apparent at all times. - The bartender will maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure all beverage items served are prepared according to Mr. Mikes standards of excellence. - The cleanliness of the Lodge and bar area will be a top priority. He/She will ensure that all checklists and cleaning schedules are followed. - Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful bartender. - The bartender may or may not be responsible for the handling of cash within the restaurant. - The bartender will perform other such tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
