We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED, energetic and team minded individuals to join our fast paced environment at Mr. Mikes Martensville. We are looking for the ideal candidate to be able to work 1-3 shifts/week. Develop your career with one of Canada's fastest growing casual restaurant chains. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The bartender is responsible for ensuring that all guests are served in accordance with the high standards outlined by Mr. Mikes - Frequent guest contact and high bartender visibility in the Lodge are to be apparent at all times. - The bartender will maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure all beverage items served are prepared according to Mr. Mikes standards of excellence. - The cleanliness of the Lodge and bar area will be a top priority. He/She will ensure that all checklists and cleaning schedules are followed. - Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful bartender. - The bartender may or may not be responsible for the handling of cash within the restaurant. - The bartender will perform other such tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements:  - Amazing guest focus, passion for Leadership, Teamwork and Service Standards - Have the highest guest focus and service standards for great dining and team building - Enjoy being "hands-on" and providing great hospitality is your focus - Excellent communication and organizational skills essential - Are a high energy, positive person!
