Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Workflow Superintendent at our Colonsay, SK location. The successful candidate will provide leadership for the sites workflow process with a focus on increasing productivity and efficiency of maintenance resources. Ensure workflow participants are properly trained and performing intended function. Coordinate capital and maintenance turnaround activities ensuring work is delivered within scope, on time and on budget.

What will you be working on?
* Work with operations and maintenance to ensure plant/site reliability, efficient use of resources and adherence to workflow processes.
* Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary.
* Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.
* Facilitate communication between job functions and departments to improve workflow system efficiency and overall knowledge across site.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelor's degree, major in Engineering and/or 5-10 years equivalent trades experience.
* 3+ years of related experience in a leadership role.
