Customer Service Attendant Buffalo Narrows, SK Part Time Position



Responsibilities:

Checking in passengers and accepting cargo and freight safely and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Superior customer service skills
Loading and unloading, cleaning, fuelling, and marshalling aircraft as needed.
Calculating weight & balance of aircraft with oversight by Pilot in Command.
Effective communication with customers, peers, management, and various departments.
Driving shuttle bus, forklift, tug, and fuel truck as needed.
Quality control and safe management of fuel delivery, handling and storage, and general airport farm operations.
Problem solving, and making a positive contribution to overall company operations.
              

Skill Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills that strengthen inter-company communications and relations.
Computer skills an asset.
Self-motivated and able to work within given timelines.
Effective leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Able to resolve conflicts positively and productively (customer and co-worker).
Organizational skills imperative.
Physically fit, able to safely undertake physically demanding tasks.
Valid Driver's License an asset.


Shift Requirements:

Flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings and weekends
Occasional overtime and on call shifts may be required
Some travel may be required
