Moose Jaw Kinsmen Aqua Otters - Head Coach Opportunity
The Moose Jaw Aqua Otters Synchronized Swimming Club is seeking a Head Coach, commencing in August 2017. Duties include:
developing and overseeing the implementation of the training program for the competitive provincial and recreational streams of the club, in keeping with the club mission and mandate;
mentoring competitive coaches;
leading the formation of competitive provincial and recreational teams, as well as identifying athletes for solo and duet routines;
collaborating with the Club Coaches for the Recreational/Novice program, volunteer coordinators and Executive Committee members (including attending monthly Executive Committee meetings); and
related administrative duties in relations to coaching and competitions

Reports to: Club resident and Parent Executive
Wage/Salary: commensurate with experience/negotiable
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum NCCP Competition Introduction or equivalent
Current NLS, First Aid and CPR certifications
Current and satisfactory Police Record Check
Be a mature, knowledgeable, and experienced coach with proven leadership skills
Strong administration and organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
