The Moose Jaw Kinsmen Aqua Otters based in the city of Moose Jaw, is seeking an individual to work in a part-time capacity coaching and performing minor administrative duties. The successful incumbent will report to the Head Coach. Conditional to employment is providing a current police security clearance for working with children.

Main Duties
Under the direction of the Head Coach the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Planning, developing and implementing training and practice sessions for all levels of competitive and recreational swimmers.
Identifying strengths and weaknesses of athletes and teams
Nurturing and developing athletes to their full potential
Assisting the Head Coach in developing annual programs and schedules.
Analyzing and evaluating athletes' and teams' performances and modifying programming as required.
Registering swimmers to Synchro Saskatchewan and Synchro Canada
Assist in maintaining the clubs social media and web sites.
Pool booking.
Provide private swim lessons
Other related coaching and administrative duties as required.
Employment Requirements
Certification to a minimum of Competition Introduction Coach (Level 1). The successful candidate will be required to work toward higher certification if they do not already have it.
Must have coaching experience. Synchronized swimming experience is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Competence in developing and maintaining social media (twitter, Facebook) and website
