*Looking for a Studio Manager for the Photos Unlimited located at Walmart East and Walmart North*
The Studio Manager is accountable for the profitable operation of their assigned studio. The Studio Manager must establish a cohesive and productive team through strong leadership, cultivate and motivate individual performance to excellence, and execute the vision and overall business strategy of Photos Unlimited, LLC to drive sales and increase profitability.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with the District Manager to develop and effectively execute a quarterly and annual Studio operating plan
-Meet and/or exceed sales and profit goals established in the quarterly and annual studio operating plan, as well as other key performance standards
-Partner with District Manager to staff assigned studio with high caliber Studio Associates through effective networking, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training. Develop and promote quality candidates into progressive and meaningful positions through continuous succession planning
-Effectively motivate, manage, and mentor Associates by monltor1ng, evaluating, analyzing, and measuring performance and leadership competencies
-Monitor each Studio Associate to manage their performance in all key performance standards. Take appropriate action up to and including termination in consultation with Human Resources and direct supervisor
-Ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively delivering high quality service while managing the established Portrait Studio photography standards and sales process
-Use technologies to service customers photographing subjects operating a digital camera.
