Duties may include but not limited to:
- Skinning, eviscerating and carcass preparation
- Meat cutting, trimming and boning
- Sausage making
Heavy lifting may be required.
Basic food safety and sanitation procedures must be adhered to.
Experience is an asset but willing to train.
