Redhead Equipment has an immediate opening for a temporary Warranty Administrator at our Estevan branch. This individual will administer warranty processes for a variety of our equipment lines.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the warranty process; including claim submission, reconciliation of accounts, maximizing claim returns and assisting the Service Writer as required. This position will also complete other duties as required.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
- Diligent and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must be customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Above average computer and typing skills
- A mechanical/ technical background and/or previous related experience
