Carpenter/Close-out - Regina
North Prairie Developments is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Carpenter/Close-out. In addition to having experience in construction, the position requires a highly motivated and competent individual who values safety, quality, organization and professionalism.
Main Duties:
Prepare new homes for possession dates
Minor framing of doorways, basements, decks, etc.
Interior finishing carpentry work
Drywall patching and painting
General cleaning of units; inside and out
Other duties as required by Site Superintendent
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years related work experience and be a natural team player. The candidate must have knowledge of current construction means and methods, be well organized, self-motivated, and able to safely operate basic hand and power tools.
A valid drivers license is required. Completion of or on-going enrollment in the Carpentry Apprenticeship program is an asset.
