Paper Excellence Canada has grown from a single mill to a multinational company producing 2.5 million tonnes of pulp and paper with over 2,500 employees. With seven mills in Canada and three in Europe, we are continuously investing in our mills and the communities.

One of our mills, Meadow Lake Mechanical Pulp Inc. (MLMP), is the world's first successful zero-effluent discharge market pulp mill that is a state-of-the-art, chlorine-free BCTMP facility. Meadow Lake is a non-unionized mill.

MLMP is seeking to fill the following position:

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS LEADER (Coordinator)

This position is responsible for ensuring that site management systems are implemented and continue to meet certification requirements.  Current systems include Chain of Custody certifications (FSC and PEFC), and ISO  Certifications  (9001 and 14001).

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external audit programs
- Create, review, and edit documents
- Coordinate the management of audit results
- Develop and maintain working relationships
- Create and circulate reports
- Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Business Administration certificate and/or experience
- Ability  to plan  and manage  activities  and  tasks
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills  -  verbal and written
- Ability to work well with others and to lead group processes
- Industry experience is considered an asset
